If something is wrong with it
If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, tell us within 7 days and we will repair it, replace it or refund it. That’s your right under the Consumer Protection Act and we’re not going to argue about it.
If it doesn’t fit
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition, and we’ll exchange it for another size. Ask us about sizing before you order and this usually never comes up.
Made-to-order and custom pieces
A piece cut to your specification has been made for you and can’t be resold. Please be certain before you order, and please ask us anything at all beforehand.
What isn’t a fault
Variation in grain, colour and marking between hides is natural and is not a defect. Neither is darkening with wear. See Care & Leather.
