A full-flap messenger cut from a single hide so the grain runs continuously across the front, which wastes leather and is the only way to get a panel this size without a seam through the middle. Solid brass hardware. Hand-burnished edges, done three times.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep out of direct sun. Feed with a neutral leather balm two or three times a year — more if you wear them hard.
