Our footwear runs in South African sizing. Because every pair is cut and lasted by hand, there is a small amount of variation between pairs, usually less than a third of a size.
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe, which is not always the big toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
- Measure both feet late in the day, when they are at their largest, and use the longer one.
If you are between sizes
Size up. Our footbeds are unlined and will compress to your foot over the first week of wear. A pair that fits perfectly on day one will be slightly loose by day ten.
